The SJAM Non-Emergency Patient Transfer Services was launched on 18 March 1993. Staffed by a team led by the late Mr. John Eric Mah, the Service started with one ambulance donated by Sports Toto Malaysia Sdn Bhd, and a second ambulance contributed personally by YBhg. Tan Sri Dato Vincent Tan Chee Yioun.

Troughout the years, the Services have been well received by the general public. We have ferried very critical and bed ridden patients throughout Peninsula Malaysia as well as into Singapore. The ambulances used, which are rated as Class B ambulances, are well equipped with :-

The Sevice is available round-the-clock by prior arrangement but again many a times on very short notice and sometime during the early hours of the morning. Calls received are mainly from both government and private hospital, SOS Assistance (M) Sdn Bhd and individual at very short notice.
